FOOD
This section will look at some of the artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and pesticides
in our food today. It will also try to encourage you to try to grow something in a pot, tub or
garden. Even if only for the experience! You might just discover the difference between fresh
home-grown and commercial supermarket fresh! If you don't want to get your hands dirty...you
can always grow sprouting beans. Alfafa is great for potassium.
We will also be looking at some of the ways in which you may (like myself!) occassionally and
unwittingly be exposed to contaminated products.
